Michael Fusco's Riverside Grill, Chop's Grill (onboard Royal Caribbean), Queenie's, In the Raw, and that crêperie in St. Malo, France that I vow to revisit and thus remember the name...
My most tattered cookbooks:
None tattered yet - just picked up a Bajan Cooking book in Barbados, own Julia Child's cookbooks (Vol. 1 & 2), and some 5-ingredient books... after receiving plenty of kitchen goodies for wedding presents (married June 26th, 2010), I only require the perfect kitchen now... LOL Then we'll see these cookbooks tatter!
