Inexpensive Sonoma

Thanks everyone for the great suggestions. This is exactly what I'm looking for.

I'm going to be house sitting in the city of Sonoma so will probably spend most of the time nearby with occasional trips to the surrounding towns (but not Napa).

Inexpensive Sonoma

I'm going to be in the Sonoma area for two weeks and am looking for some restaurant recommendations. My only criteria is that it is not crowded, expensive or pretentious.

Rotisserie Chicken joint that shows up at the Farmer's Market at the Verteran's Admin on Thursdays???

Grill Masters is open in Irvine in the Kohl's shopping center on Jeffrey and I think Trabuco. I really liked their kebobs.

Klobasa (Slovak) sausage in LA area?

I'm not sure how Slovakian sausage compares to Hungarian sausage, but my Hungarian friends tell me that International Meat in Garden Grove carries the best Kolbasz and Hungarian salamis.

Tacos de Sesos--Revisited

I realize this post is three years old, but I was looking at the menu for Taquerias Guadalajara
in Santa Ana and saw tacos de sesos. I didn't know what it was so I googled it and this was one of the first results.

Lunch/Dinner Rec's in Irvine near the Woolett Aquatic Center

There are two Indian buffets on Culver/Walnut - India Cook House & Annapoorna. In the same center a Buffalo Wild Wings just opened.

Sprouts in Pasadena Aug. 4

I have heard good things about their sausage selection, but I have no idea how to cook raw sausage. Does anyone have any suggestions and also which ones are the best?

Where can I find an Australian style hamburger in O.C.?

Thanks for the tip. I think we might have to try it out this weekend providing I can handle the crowds at the beach during this heat spell. The menu looks pretty good and is exactly what they're looking for.

Where can I find an Australian style hamburger in O.C.?

Strange since the Counter seems to have everything else. There is a Counter in Australia, and of course beetroot is one of the topping choices.

Where can I find an Australian style hamburger in O.C.?

I have some Australian friends staying with me for the summer and they're craving hamburgers like they have back home. They say American hamburgers just aren't as good. Are there any places where you can get a hamburger in Orange County with beetroot without the waiter looking at you like you're crazy.

I got this from Wikipedia and I think they want something similar:

"They almost always include tomato, lettuce, grilled onion, beetroot (canned slices), and meat as minimum, and can optionally include cheese, pineapple, a fried egg (usually with a soft yolk) and bacon."
