Vegan Macaroni and Cheese

Tastes ok, I added grated parm on top since only my wife is a vegan and that made it a lot better.

Tuna Salad That Might Live Forever

I've never made tuna salad with mayonnaise. And I've backpacked plenty. I always make it with mustard and celery, and the rest of the ingredients can vary to taste, so I don't see the use of this unless you really can't be bothered to squeeze mustard, add salt + pepper, and open a can or package of tuna.

Buttermilk Chicken with Peach-Tomato Salsa

Yum! If only the chicken were breaded and pan-fried this would be heaven!

Baba Ghanoush

Blah ignore my comment. What I meant was add more creamy non-traditional ingedients to make Baba Ganoush less "healthful". Maybe some Greek Yogurt?

Baba Ghanoush

Would it work to make a hybrid hummus and say, like add Tahini to the Baba Ghanoush? Because offhand that sounds tasty to me.

Mixed Berry and Anise Pie

I prefer a hint of cardamom as my pie flavoring secret weapon, as yes I think anise would be too overpowering, but this would be interesting to try. I am not a fan of licorice thought, so maybe that explains that.

White Barbecue Sauce

This sounds disgusting. Why not just dip the chicken into a pool of spiced lard? A regualr barbeque sauce is likely to have much more nuance, smoky flavor, and spice, unless it is overloaded with sugar and salt. This really isn't even barbeque sauce. It is simply flavored mayonnaise.

Ketchup

I LOVE Heinz Ketchup. It tastes good because it probably has msg-like ingredients as part of its naturally flavors. Don't knock a classic.
