I am from southern Minnesota and have lived in Minnesota all of my life. I never even heard of a Juicy Lucy until I moved to the Minneapolis area about 5 years ago and wasn't all that impressed with it. As for Vietnamese food and Sauerkraut they are both just ethnic foods. I grew up on Sauerkraut because it was part of my ethnicity but I have never had Vietnamese food. If anything I would have to say Walleye, Northerern and panfish.
