Laurenzo's for brunch last Sunday

I believe the last time I went I wore a t-shirt and sweats. It was definitely a t-shirt, could have been jeans though. Food is always awesome.

Yummy food near Hyatt Hill Country??

Yeah its the original rudy's and its way better than the chain ones. In fact, they're only loosely affiliated. If you're looking for a nice place The Grey Moss Inn is nearby and its delicious. You'll have to drive further into town for better place, but honestly El Mirasol, El Jarro, and La Hacienda are all relatively close so maybe check those out for Mexican.

Best Barbecue Only You Know About...

If you're in Waco, even though they recently renovated, stopping in at Vitek's fora gut pack is a must; won't find something like it anyplace else. Also Mama and Papa Bears on 12th (opposite side of 35 from Baylor) is suspiciously delicious, sauce unlike anything I've ever had. It's almost like eating BBQ soup.

Headed to Waco for 3 months

Scrolled through this whole thing looking for those two restaurants to see if someone mentioned them. Glad you found them before your trip, enjoy a mason and sit on the patio at LakeSteak for me.

Anniversary Weekend in San Antonio

Saw you already made a res, and you will love Boudro's. But the best place for a romantic dinner in the area, hands down easy, is The Grey Moss Inn, outside the city just a little bit near O'Connor High School. The food is great on an outdoor pit grill and the ambiance is absolutely killer.

Paris for 12 Days in August - Need Cheap Eat Suggestions!

It sounds a little funny, but literally ALL OVER. My favorite place is near the Montparnasse Bienvenue Metro, but for the most part all the greek/turkish places are pretty comparable. Just look for the signs with the roasting kebab meat on them and there you are! Wish I could tell if they were allergine free or not. Have fun in Paris, you'll love it!

Confused about San Antonio

If you're near the churchill los palaps Taco Rey, Ruthie's, Las Chaladas are all good for breakfast tacos. El jarro de Arturo, Los Barrios, Hacienda Los Barrios, El Mirasol (my favorite place in the city), and La Fogata are all good to name a few. As for BBQ the city is truly a lightweight here in Texas, but, honestly, so is H-Town drive up to ATX and go to Salt Lick. Welcome to my city, thanks for ripping it.

Paris for 12 Days in August - Need Cheap Eat Suggestions!

Paris is a great city to find cheap eats; I've been here studying for a month now one thing has become a staple. Un sandwich kebab (ou grec) avec frites. Most places its 5 euro for both and will fill you up for most of the day. All of the places with kebabs/grec sandwiches will also have all kinds of other greek/mediterranean choices to choos from, and if sandwiches aren't your thing; all the places will have the same meats in whats called an Assiete de whatever meat you want which will come with a salad fries and couscous as well. All the places are generally standard. In this city if it smells good just go for it, and walking around here is never a bad thing its absolutely maqnifique.
