Best Buffet in Singapore

I will be visiting Singapore for 4 days and want to get a taste of everything (i know this is nearly impossible!). As for buffets which do you recommend if I can only do one. These are some that I have heard good reviews, let me know what you think and any other additions you have:

Quebec City

We'll be visiting quebec city soon and need some restaurant rec's. Anything from fine dining to hole in the wall places are welcome. We will be staying 3 nights. We won't have a car so preferably, something around the Old Quebec area (near Chateau Frontenac). Thanks!

cooked phyllo

it's two layers of phyllo and in between is whipped cream and berries. So I won't need to bake the dessert after assembling it. What about just baking the phyllo part and keeping that in the fridge, will that stay crisp? Or can you keep it overnight at room temp?

cooked phyllo

After i bake the PHyllo is it possible to store in the fridge for a day and still stay crispy? I want to bake it the day before my party to save some time.

Kelowna/summerland

Hi QAW,

Thanks for the quick and helpful reply. The ones I've been to already are Old Vines, Local Lounge and, Vanilla Pod which like you said have all been very good. I'll be staying for two nights and so far I have The Terrace booked for dinner on one of the nights. I'm really game for anything whether it's fine dining or casual, as long as it's good food! Have you been to Victoria rd Bistro or Silk Scarf in Summerland?
Is Bouchon's Bistro formal dining?

Thanks!

wedding venue help--Granite Club or Four Seasons?

Four seasons period. I had my wedding there in 2008 and everything was perfect. The staff there will go out of their way to make sure you get everything you want to make your day special. My first priority was good food and they certainly delivered on that aspect. The venue is gorgeous, private and classy. And as one family said to me before my wedding " You can NEVER go wrong with the Four Seasons" and she was right. We were so happy that my sister had her wedding there just this past May 2010 and again it was everything we had expected and more.

Hope you have your wedding here!

I'm thinking of visiting NYC in jan and heard about their restaurant week. Is this worth checking out? From my past experiences in other cities with a restaurant week, they usually serve mediocre food but of course for a much cheaper price.
