Need names of Food Trucks in Berkeley/East Bay

Thank you for the link. I've just received an email from Liba informing me that our date coincides with the Eat Real Festival. And I thought we had dodged the bullet by avoiding the SF Street Food Fest. Ah well, if there are any trucks NOT going to ERF, let me know.
Thanks, again!

Need names of Food Trucks in Berkeley/East Bay

I am planning a large event for 8/28 and would like to cater using a few different food trucks. I've sent out an email to a few (Seoul on Wheels, Liba in SF, Andy & Cindy's (though they don't have a truck per se)), but would be interested to learn of other options. I have Mexican handled (Tacos El Rey) and am particularly looking for something vegan. I'd appreciate any help you can give. As for price point, I'm hoping for something in the $6-$8 range. Thank you!

Fenton's Creamery

Could I recommend Lush Gelato just a few blocks down Piedmont. My current favorite place in the East Bay to get my ice cream fix. If only I could put Lush Gelato and Fenton's caramel sauce together, all would be right in my dessert world. I will not eat at Fenton's again unless my dad is in town - his fond memories of Fenton's from growing up in Oakland have yet to be dashed.

Party Help!

I recently hosted a party and used Andy & Cindy's Thai for most of the food. Their website is http://www.acthaicuisine.com/ and I can't say enough about their peanut sauce and their banana leaf wrapped fish. Really delicious! I chose salads from the Pasta Shop on 4th St. and picked up cheeses from the Cheeseboard. It was fun to create a menu from the many delicious places in the east bay though it did require a bit of driving and pick-up.

I've used Rick and Ann's before for baby showers and bridal showers and thought their salads were good as well. At the recent Heath Ceramics sale, Green Chile Kitchen in SF was serving up some fantastic food. I believe the main was a black bean, corn and squash casserole and for dessert they had an apple cobbler that was really excellent, especially topped with ice cream and drizzled with their signature caramel/chile sauce. I made a mental note that the next time I was looking for catering, I would use those folks.

Good luck!
