Excellent local bread in State College As a State College resident, I love the post! I have been waiting to try Gemelli, but have yet to get around to it. I will definitely be making an adventure there soon. Thanks! |

I want to buy my father truffle oil for Christmas because he has been dying to use it in a recipe. Which kind is better/more universal? |

My friend and I just took a class at the Viking Cooking School in Bryn Mawr. It was terrific! They have classes every night, so you can find the perfect class for what you are looking to get out of it. Each class has a different set of skills that you learn. We had Chef Andrew, who was great!! He had some terrific tips. The class fits all skills levels. I love to cook and do it quite often. There was another woman who never cooks and her friend just brought her along. We both raved about the class. The meal at the end is the cherry on a sundae! I highly recommend it. Very fun, educational and yummy! |

We have reservations at Tinto in a couple of weeks and I wondered if it would be better to get the tasting menu or to just pick anything? Any suggestions/previous experiences? |
