Springwater from the artesian well @ I-87 exit 30; iced Ceylon tea with cream, not lemon; cherry flavored seltzer (makes great pancakes too!); and my latest obsession, Bruce Cost ginger ale.
I really wish I could:
Go back to Europe on an eating & sightseeing tour- it's been many years now...
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Curried chicken salad with apples & craisins, toasted onion & fresh thyme.
When it's cold out, chipotle whipped sweet potatoes or James Beard's barley & mushroom casserole.
When it's hot out, vichysoisse or gazpacho.
My favorite comfort food:
Brown Rice & Cheese Casserole. Homemade Mac & Cheese. Chicken & Dumplings.
