Where to eat dinner far Rosemary's (our fav) and Lotus of Siam...

It may be too late, since I don't know when you are going/ or went but Rosemary's is now closed.

Need a Good Group Dinner Recommendation

You could certainly do it at Enoteca for your price range. The one thing I have found there, however, is the food is not your heavy red Italian. Check out their menu. We love it there but we consider it a more casual lighter meal.

Check out Lavo at Palazzo.

Great Restaurants near the Mandalay?

Is there a reason you need to stay close to MB? Vegas has such great restaurants up and down the Strip and if you can't walk it, cabs are not bad. I would venture towards Venetian/Palazzo for steak or Italian. Try Delmonico or Cut. We also like Enoteca San Marco for less expensive meals.

Las Vegas: Five Nights

Here's another vote for Rosemary's. Yes, it is off strip and it isn't fine dining but it comes close and is a great meal especially for the price.

It is no more than a 15 minute drive from the Strip. If you don't have a car, you might consider renting a car for the last day and using it to go to Rosemary's and then drive to the airport and leave it there.

What's the name of the high end place in a strip mall?

It does sound like Rosemary's, a great restaurant. They also have specials so check their website.

A taxi from the Strip will run about $25 each way but definitely worth it.
