Best meal as of late was a dinner at Aldo's in Baltimore. Excellent Italian

My current drink of choice:

Can't go wrong with beer, particularly a Belgian beer. I'm a bit of a beer snob, and I dig Dogfish Head, Ommegang, and Stone Brewing Company. Anyone that makes a beer called Arrogant Bastard is a friend of mine.

Anything on the barbeque. I make a mean carne asada.

Mashed potatoes.

The New York Cookbook by Molly O'Neill. Fantastic receipes and fantastic stories about the various cultures that have influenced the Big Apple. It's still my favorite.
