i know this may sound bad, but for what it's worth try the chevron on 3rd st and indian school. there is a mexican grill inside. the green chile isnt bad. its not as good as my wifes homemade green chile, but it does have its merits. it is not always available so go after 9am, and before 5. i say that because they do run out.

i get my carne asada from a store on the corner of osborn and 19th ave. i forget what the name of it is. i think it is phoenix farms market or something like that. anyways, they have really tasty meat, and they will grill it for you for free. i think the kind we get is diesmillo and it runs about 2.50 per lb. it went up a little. now it isnt the cleanest place but the flavor makes up for the older interior. go to the meat counter not the restaurant

i moved to 37th st and indian school and have not had good chinese delivery. i will not eat at autumn court because of past dealings with them (bad customer service) before their old place burned down.
