Sounds like a situation that was handled terribly by a server and or manager. I know Hoover personally through business and how much he cares about his patrons and his business. I stopped by his trailer over the weekend and found out he is out of town. I can't speak for him but I would bet when he is available he will be in touch with you and resolve this problem properly.

Try the trailer that just moved to Rio Grande & 15th St. called Osmos Kitchen. They have great PoBoys, Gumbo, Dirty Rice and Platters. I personally like the fried Oysters.
