Best meal I ever ate:

Probably a white peach, with a bowl-sized mug of hot chocolate, in the south of France when I was about 10. Mind-blowing.

My current drink of choice:

Cotes de Provence rose, the paler the better... summer's on its way!

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Hake/clams/salsa verde.

My favorite comfort food:

Flageloet beans, creme fraiche + dill on sourdough toast
