I make homemade ice cream (which I will say is as good, if not better than Richardsons) and I think Moobella was pretty good. I tried the light coffee chip and would definitely get it again. As for the lack of walnuts in the maple syrup, it wouldn't surprise me if that is a precaution to not expose people (especially kids at the Aquarium) with allergies to any type of nuts.
