I get great grass fed beef locally (Colorado), but would like to have some shipped to my sister in law for her birthday. Any recommendations for sources of delicious GF Beef that ship to NY? Looking for really good, not gamey meat--my sister in law has not loved the grass fed stuff generally and I am looking to change her mind.

I am planning a 50th birthday party at a farm outside of Boulder but I don't live in the area. I am looking for a caterer to do a casual grilled menu (steaks, etc.). Lots of chefs coming to the party so the food needs to be great. Any suggestions?
