At a table in the woods near Foote Prints Hotel in Negril Jamaica. Shrimp and lobster and a sauteed fresh vegetable mix, all perfectly done Candles, real linens. No sign or building. People call it Eileen's, if you can only find her.

These days, Broiled North Carolina Shrimp with Rosemary. Served with some killer mashed potatoes and some sort ogf greens.

SOUP, especially good quality Hot & Sour Soup.
