My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Things that are simple, but still make a nice presentation, like a Prime Rib Roast. If it's nice out, and everyone can gather on the deck, I'll do a "Lobster Pot" dinner. We make corn on the cob, steam clams, roast potatoes and grill sausage. Everybody chooses his/her own lobster, and drops it in the pot.
