Profile
Best meal I ever ate:
too many to single one out
My current drink of choice:
french 75. all kinds of whites.
I really wish I could:
speak all the languages in the world.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
really depends on the party / mood i'm in.... seafood pasta, slow-roasted pork shoulder, caponata
My favorite comfort food:
it's a cliché, but probably homemade chicken noodle soup; grilled cheese; my man's yuvetsi; spicy chinese noodle soup
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
these change, obviously. currently, they're raku (LV), chopstick express (state college), annisa (NYC), wirtshaus zum mitterhofer, les valseuses (berlin, germany)
My most tattered cookbooks:
I only buy cookbooks for the pictures... what can I say -- I love looking at food :-D
