Best meal I ever ate:
King Salmon, pan fried, with popcorn rice and vegetables and preserved lemon....made at home. The salmon was so tender, as good if not better than any restaurant.
My current drink of choice:
Vodka, pomegranate-blueberry frozen concentrate, frozen pineapple concentrate, homemade orange bitters, roasted coconut juice, tropical fruit juice (from the Asian store) SanPellegrino orange soda, maybe a dash of homemade tonic water or Fernet Branca.
