Carmine's is not a special place.... to crowded and loud. If you want italian go to Fiorello's.

They treat you like royalty there. The food is great, they have great table-side Caesar salad and the steaks are always cooked the way you order them and taste sensational. Topped of with a glass of delicious red wine, what more can you ask?
If you are wanting to go for a luscious anniversary meal, I would recommend Primehouse.

i think the tasting table will be great. Its a bit secluded from the rest of the restaurant and its circular so you can see everyone you're with and its easy to talk to one another. its perfect.

chinatown brasserie does not have delicious dim sum, its more of a trendy spot. if you want the great experience of eating Chinese in chinatown, i would HIGHLY recommend JING FONG!

looks like a hole in the wall but it's the best sushi one could ever have.
very authentic and only Japanese people go there. Honestly the best sushi in NYC.
the other places are good - been to all of them however it's not authentic and it's more about the trendiness. if you honestly want truly amazing sushi that melts in your mouth, Tomoe is the place to go.
