Where can I find boysenberries in Toronto?

I've been searching this kind of berry for a while in Ontario. I move to Toronto recently and wonder if I can find it anywhere (St Lawrence market maybe? ). I take TTC all the time, so if the place is TTC reachable is even better! Thank you very much

HELP in Taipei now... I am craving for a juicy, greasy burger...?

Bravo Burger
American beef, greasy and juicy. But I heard some people complain that their quality is not good as before.

KGB
The boss is from NZ, and so is the beef they use. Their burgers are not so greasy but juicy as well.

CREAM PUFFS ANYONE?

I am not sure what kind of puff you are looking for, but I once tried the swan puff at La Bamboche. I personally don't like cream or puff (I ordered it cuz it's pretty), but it completely amazed me, The cream was fluffy, light, and not over sweet. However, I only saw it in the summer of 2009, and I visited La Bamboche regularly but never saw them again.

The puff looks like this http://www.flickr.com/photos/katherin...

Looking for shops that sell pure chocolate for pastry making in Redondo Beach

Pure chocolate I am looking for is the chocolate contains no other types of fat (only cocoa butter) and no powdery stuff. I need only small quantity (about less than 2lb. mainly milk and dark). I have been to Whole Foods in LA and Toronto, but I don't think they have the thing I need.

The link bad nono provides looks like pretty much what I am looking for, but Culver is a little far and ordering online is probably not an option cuz I am only gonna stay there for few days. Does Trader Joe's have that kind of product? Thanks a lot

Looking for shops that sell pure chocolate for pastry making in Redondo Beach

I am an amateur chocolate maker living in Canada, and I usually buy pure chocolate at Bulk Barn, and I can temper it for making chocolate truffle. I am gonna visit my friend in Redondo Beach, and we probably will have some "chocolate session," but we don't know where to buy pure chocolate(for pastry making, not dessert itself). I am not sure if there are shops like Bulk Barn, which sells all kinds of ingredients (powder, flour, cookies, chocolate, tools, etc.). Please give me suggestions close to Redondo Beach or anywhere around there. Thanks very much!

Delighful Fluffy buttery croissants

My friends(crazy croissant fans) and I(not really a big fan of croissant) were having a little croissant competition last summer and winter. They tried La Cigogne, Thobors, Jules, Pain Perdu, La Bamboche, Rahier, and Patachou.
The result is like: Patachou‚Č•Jules>Rahier>Pain Perdu=La Cigogne>La Bamboche>>Thobors

Some of them are actually very close. Patachou's is more flexible, and Jules' is greasier and the aroma of butter is stronger. Both of them have very nice texture, flaky outside and soft inside. Rahier's is very very nice too (my friends love greasier one, and I love the flexible one more) Pain Perdu's is also nice, but one of my friend doesn't like it that much; La Cigogne's has less aroma of butter. La Bmaboche's quality is not stable, and they are too tight inside. Thobors' just too dry.

Here is my flickr link with all (except La Cigonge) Croissants' pix, and you can compare which one looks better http://www.flickr.com/photos/katherin...
