Thank you!!! I had completely forgot about Joe's. I am from LA, but haven't lived there in 10 years... I remember loving it. My friend is an artist.. so it will be a good idea to walk Abbot Kinney. I have read alot about the Anisette croissants.. perhaps on the way back from brunch.. we will stop!

Hi.. we are from NYC and visiting and looking for a Sunday Brunch place near the SLS Hotel.. I have read up some opentable.com like Tart and BLD Restaurant.. are these good places? Are there others we should consider.. we love to eat out and try new things... though I am hankering for an apple fritter donut from the Farmers Market! :)

Coming down in october and really want to hit some new and delicious places. I am down from boston often and do go out in manhattan all the time.. just haven't keep up with the restaurants lately. Already going to Prune for brunch and Prebacco for dinner (we hope)...I will be staying in HK... any help would be appreciated.

a round table for 16 adults? you can squeeze 10 on a 60" round, 12 on a 72" round.. following that math.. the table would have to be over a 100" round? That's over 8' that you would have to shout across the table. You would be better off going with a long table..

Well if you are in the mood for bargin dining, this is the weekend.. Boston is in the midst of Restaurant week where many offer complete three course dinners for $33.07.. you should check out the website for listing of participating restaurants. Some that are offering it on Saturday include EVOO, OLIVES, TREMONT 647. If you see a place you like, give them a call. Alot of other restaruants that do not participate though are packed! So be prepared to wait.

really didn't get why everybody likes this place. the service at the bar was okay.. the bartender seemed a bit off... I could have ordered the mussels anywhere, the boar's cheek was in bad need of some sauce.
