Yes, I am aware. I was going to have my label read "Bacon 2,4-Dithiapentane Caramel Popcorn," but it just didn't fit :)

Be not afraid to mix black and white truffles! I'm a big fan of truffle salt - it's great on popcorn, scrambled eggs, egg salad, potato salad, french fries, simple chicken breast, pizza, anything with mushrooms, etc... There's also a truffle honey out there, which is amazing with goat cheese or blue cheese. If you like spicy, I have a friend who swears by sriracha chili sauce mixed with melted butter on her popcorn.
