Would second both Vino Rosina and Wine Market. Both are attractive venues with good food and wine selection

I definetly wouldn't leave out Woodberry Kitchen. I have had enjoyable dinners there each time I've visited since their opening. Delicious meals in an attractive dining room!

You might try Mekong Delta on Saratoga Street, on the Westside.

Bluegrass at Hanover and Fort avenue in South Baltimore does have valet parking. It's my new favorite restaurant. Two others stand out; The Wine Market (also in South Baltimore) and Woodberry Kitchen. Woodberry Kitchen has valet and Wine Market has adequate parking.

False morels are occasionaly confused with morels; possibility for distress in misidentification of mushrooms is real

I arrived around 8:15. Milk, skirt steak, shitake mushrooms and lettuce. Plus, I spoke to the Mayor who was looking terrific but didn't seem to be purchasing much.

Of the three, I'd vote Bluegrass Tavern for brunch. You might also consider Metropolitan on Charles Street in Federal Hill

I'm willing to share my liquid levain. It has been active for nearly a year and I bake bread with it most weekends. Jason is correct, I'm in Federal Hill, Baltimore

I'm on day three of starting a levain. It came to life yesterday, and should be ready to use in another 3 or 4 days

A casual Vietnamese restaurant at Saratoga and Liberty, Mekong Delta; good food and inexpensive. No pretension, it's a small family run restaurant. You could also go to Lexington Market, but probably won't arrive early enough
