I'd Put More Emphasis on the '0' in "Cinq 0 5"
Just thought I'd share with everyone my bad experience at Cinq 0 5. The meal itself was passable at best. I ordered the lavender roasted chicken - nary a hint of lavender and the portion was actually too large!
Despite the too-large portion, the server suggested that we would be in need of extra sides (completely unnecessary - but kudos for his sneaky up sell). I ordered the wilted greens. Very bland - lacking any flavour, as well as too dense.
Our server was slow and inattentive, and just as we neared the end of our meal, my friend and I were "asked" to move to another table to make room for a party of ten. The table that was supposed to be available for this larger party was being hoarded by four men who were overstaying their welcome. Apparently the wait staff were less intimidated inconveniencing two young women instead of four male 'suits'.
As a student, I rarely splurge on meals that expensive. A bad investment indeed.
