Hello!! about the Dry corn that you are using for the pozole is full cook and is not for the Mexican Pozole. Salvadorians and Peruanos they use that corn to make, to cook something else. like Tamales. they cook a little bit different us the Mexican. for the pozole its better if you buy the can from Juanita's. that one is for pozole. or you could use the other one the white homeny .
