Depends on the party and the occasion.I do have lots and lots of appetizer favorites: my fab. cheese ball or salmon canapes for starters. I have sep. index card boxes for different courses, one just for appetizers.

Bring'er Inn, Illinois (closed), The Pirate's Table (Closed, South Dakota), sadly many of my favorite mom and pop places have sadly closed. That's a shame. Many treasured family recipes gone forever. Enigma, Rapid City, SD.
