New recommended restaurants in DT Edmonton?
How about Ruth Chris's for steak..a bit pricy but quality and quanity is great. Sabor Divino is wonderful for seafood and Sangria. There is a food street with quite a few good resturants behind BMO downtown and north of jasper, oposite of Edmonton center. Or you can hop on the Jasper Ave bus to Famosa for Neopolitian style pizza or go further down to Il forno for home style Italian food. If you like the LRT, you can go to U of A and hop on a 5 min bus ride to 82 Ave for greek, chillian or mexiacan etc.
Spanish Market in Edmonton?
You can get serrano ham , manchego chesse and pimenton (all three types) in the downtown soby store on Jasper. Also you can get fresh cherizo at the sunterra store near southgate and dry cherizo at saveonfood on 109 st and jasper.
