I have a favorite dish I eat at a hawaiian restaurant of Crushed Almond Mango Ahi but the dish is pricey so I only visit this restaurant which is a gathering for friends once a year if ever at $100.00 for my entree.
My current drink of choice:
I had a friend who prepared a divine type of red wine simmered slowly and lovingly over the stove with the additions of certain fruits and herbs such as cranberries which were a very nice touch for the holidays but he would not divulge the recipe. I am almost certain the simmering was part of a distillation process as I was also advised not to consume more than one that night due to alcohol content and my low tolerance level. It had a sweet nutty flavor that was just heavenly and unforgettable. I wish I knew that recipe...It was made for X-mas.
I really wish I could:
Reunite with friends and make them dinner in Belize.
