Horrible experience at Strada recently. Went there for a friends' birthday mid-week. Place looks good on the outside, nice on the inside too but as soon as I walked in I got a bad vibe. Hostess/Waitress had an attitude from the start. First of all it was empty so we order thinking our food will come quickly. Nope! It takes close to an hour for the food to come. When we asked why it took so long, the girl working says that there is group dinner in the back. We are 8 people in the front...we're less important? So in total there were about 16 people eating in that restaurant that night. Not many and that excuse was not good enough.
When the food came, it was crap. We asked to speak to the manager and he came over and had little remorse or empathy about his lack luster waitstaff and quality of the food.

We found ourselves NEGOTIATING with him about what meals to take off the bill!! He couldn't make a decision and make it right with us...we were setting the terms. It was pathetic. No customer service skills from him...I guess that's where his staff learns it from too.

Never again!!

I gave it a 2 star because of the company I was with. Had little to do with the restaurant, the ignorant staff or the day-old stale food.
