Best meal I ever ate:
Fruit freshly cut on the beach in Jamaica. A guy would just walk around the beach and for about $5 he would hack into all sorts of fruit and make you a plate. Simply awesome!
My current drink of choice:
Sauvignon Blanc, French Martini or a Dirty Martini if I really need something strong!
I really wish I could:
Have more time to cook for my family
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
lasagne and salad with really good bread and olive oil if I want to have time to be social with my guests. Grilled steak with cilantro garlic sauce or some type of fish with season appropriate sides if I want to impress.
My favorite comfort food:
Mac and Cheese, or almost any soup, especially miso.
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
I can't pick just 5! - Nobu, Fleur de Sel, Esca, 11 Madison Park, Haiku and David Burke and Donatella for starters
