This is a real tough question to answer because there have been so many phenomenal meals that I've experienced but my experience at e' by Jose Andres last year is a pretty tough one to beat.

Im a huge bourbon fan. Favorite currently is Old Weller Antique. Basil Hayden a great everyday pour as well. Love me some Pappy too but it's too much trouble now and there's plenty of great stuff out there.
I really wish I could:
Win the lottery so I could quit working and open my own restaurant/bar. That or just eat my way across the country.

Depends on the crowd, but I would say my sesame crusted sea scallops with ginger butter sauce and baby bok choy

Mac n' Cheese or Grilled Cheese n' Bacon
