Im a huge bourbon fan. Favorite is Basil Hayden on the rocks. I also like Blantons, Corner Creek, and Woodford Reserve. Pappy Van Winkle 23yr is the best bourbon Ive ever had, however, recently I've really been loving Eagle Rare 17yr

Depends on the crowd, but I would say my sesame crusted sea scallops with ginger butter sauce and baby bok choy
