We're a Boston-based husband and wife who travel all over the U.S. for business; on the road 100 nights/year. We like ethnic food and seek out any ethnic restaurant where (ideally) we are the only English-speakers. So "comfort food" for us is Korean, Thai, Cambodian, Indian, Salvadoran, etc. We DISlike chain restaurants and fancy restaurants where the food costs 10 times as much and isn't a tenth as good as at our ethnic faves.
