We are staying at the Orchard on Bush.
Likes - everything
Budget - 3-4 star would be fine
Transportation - we will not have a car, mostly taxis or on foot.

Tourist Alert! Suggestions for Good Food, Good View - Mid to Upscale
My wife and I are visiting SF from Chicago next weekend (3/4 - 3/7) and are trying to decide the one meal where we splurge. We're hoping for a great place with great food (of course) and a great view.
