Best restaurant in DC for dinner

Thanks for the responses. I realize I wasn't very descriptive in my question of "best"
The responses thus far were exactly what I'm looking for. Those few restaurants that serve not just good but great food and if you only have one night to drop a few hundred dollars in DC on a meal which one would you choose?

I've read good things about Vidalia, but this is the first I'm hearing about Rogue 24. I'm very interested in the multiple small courses (definitely something you won't find down in Norfolk).
Would you recommend it over Vidalia and would you get the 16 or 24 course tasting?

Best restaurant in DC for dinner

Headed to DC and want to have dinner at one of the best restaurants (not concerned about price). Sort of short notice as it is in 1 week (on a weekday). Ideally something with really great food and good atmosphere that is not too stuffy. Again I don't mind paying if the food is worth it, but not interested in paying for a name and just getting medicore food. Good drink/wine list is also a plus.
Any recommendations are welcome.
Thanks!

Chicago restaurants near O'Hare

I'll be staying at a hotel right next to O'Hare airport for one night on a Monday and need dinner advice. I have searched the boards, but haven't found much about restaurants in this area. I'd like a moderately priced place that is unique to Chicago (so no chains). Since I won't have a car I'd prefer places that are close or easily accessible by public transportation.

I will also be visiting the downtown area and already plan on going Topolobampo and Café des Architectes so something a little different than these two places would be ideal.

Thanks!

The best luau on Maui?

I have to agree with the others and recommend Feast at Lele. I went a couple years ago and it was one of my favorite nights in Hawaii and definitely worth the money. They have private tables, good plated food, and unlimited drinks. If you have to do a luau definitely choose the feast at Lele. They have a website if you want to check out their menu.

Hampton Roads Happy Hour

Looking for good happy hour deals in the downtown Norfolk/Ghent area. I've tried searching online and haven't come up with much so thought I'd start a thread and have people add their favorite places or specials they know about. I've listed the couple I do know about

Red Dog: Half price draft beer. Apps are also discounted. Hours? 3-7 (I think)

The Boot: Half priced wine on Tuesday
