The problem is they have capapcity for 200 plus seats and a kitchen that can cook for 75 people. Alma is a shitshow and so is this place |

Waterfront Ale House on Atlantic - No Oktoberfest Menu This Year? Gaid was his name, a reduction in force I'm afraid |

Going to NH... duty free or not Look for one of the specialty stores in one of the larger towns, they'll have a larger selection. |

downtown brooklyn lunchtime burger round-up IMHO, the burger at Downtown Atlantic is overground and lacking in flavor, love the rest of the menu there, except for the pulled pork ----- |

Walpole Creamery is amazing and no artificial anything |

Wilson's BBQ (Fairfield, CT) on DDD Tonight Right, Memphis BBQ Judges are taught that only what your teeth bite into should pull away on a properly smoked rib, fine line between tender and mushy. |

woodchips for smoking in Brooklyn/Queens Yeah I could see a problem with someone doing it on the fire escape or something, which is illegal anyway, but I've been using backyard smokers in Brooklyn for almost ten years. |

Pleasant Valley Brewing, Saxton's River, VT? Nice place, they're not brewing their own beer yet, selections from McNeil's, Long Trail, Harpoon, Switchback, Shipyard and others on tap. Pretty good bottle selections with an emphasis on English and American craft beers. Menu is pretty standard pub grub, good burgers made with local grass fed beefaloe from Townshend. Free popcorn and Wifi, music on weekends. Patrick, the owner used to work for Harpoon. |

Martins Potato Dinner Rolls are the perfect size and texture or get their hot dog rolls and cut them in half. |

Just an empty storefront with a space available sign. I though they were very inconsistent for takeout and better for eat-in, fwiw. |

Student Prince, Springfield MA, One of 'Gourmet's' Best Had dinner there last Sunday with wife & son on our way back to Brooklyn from VT. We all enjoyed it as the very good comfort food that it is and the roquefort dressing is off the hook! |

I've eaten at the Fairfield location more than 20 times in the past year, 4-5 times in NH, They've both been inconsistent, sometimes pies are perfect, sometimes undercooked crusts at both spots. Stick to small pies and you're much more likely to get a great pie. YMMV |
