I'm fixated right now on a breaded pork tenderloin sandwich basket from IL. Need to find a local substitute. My chompers are set!
My current drink of choice:
Sampling various beer styles. IPAs seem rough. Hefes yummy. Brown Ales amusing change of pace. Still open to others.
I really wish I could:
Spend more leisurely cooking rather than after work shuffling of the usual fare. Also would like to improve my knife skills.

Canteloupe Pie - fluffy pudding like concoction that is light and fruity.

Actually more tattered are my recipe cards which are categorized for quick use. Recipes I want to try are tossed out of the box if they fail to meet expectations keeping only the best in reach - try that with a cookbook.
