Just home from Canoe, in a word...Fabulous! This restaurant does everything very well. Food, drinks & service. My husband loved his chicken & goose liver parfait, my baked goat cheese with beluga lentil was good as well. Our mains were albacore tuna with spiced root vegetable ragout & coconut couscous and roasted Alberta lamb with yellow split peas, swiss chard & garlic confit. Sooooooooo good! We finished our meal with the chocolate caramel tart with peanut butter ice cream and coffee. Service was spot on, attentive without being intrusive...a fine balance! Kudos to Canoe!

We were in the Falls between Christmas & New Years. Enjoyed a lovely dinner at AG (The Stirling Inn) Definitely fine dining & priced accordingly. The braised lamb shank was literally "off the hook"
