Le Cirque Chef's Menu

Headed to Vegas for a work trip in late April and a Tuesday night is our "free night". We have some free time during the day and are already planning to venture to Lotus of Siam but for our dinner on our own we were thinking of the chef's menu at Le Cirque (6 course). Any feedback???
Would have loved to try e but not open on Tuesdays :-(

Trying to create an Asheville Food Crawl for next week

Hey there!
my husband and I are headed to Asheville for New Years. Having dinner NYE at Zambras and Friday night at The Admiral. But, on thursday afternoon/evening, we wanted to design our own food crawl. What are some must eats, best food trucks, things to try, etc. We want to have at least 5 places mapped out and prefer to stick to walking in the downtown area.

Ideas???

NYE 2012 in Asheville - Need Recommendations for Dinner and Nightlife

Thanks! I am going to try to do The Admiral on Friday night because Thurs and Friday night we are driving in from a cabin. For NYE, so we don't have to drive, I was able to get into Zambra.

NYE 2012 in Asheville - Need Recommendations for Dinner and Nightlife

Hi all,
New to NC and will be going to Asheville from Charlotte for New Years Eve. We are staying downtown for the 31st, and out at a cabin on the 29th and 30th.

We are not wanting a stuffy or formal seating for New Years Eve, prefer a la carte vs. set menu and does not need to be super fancy. Consider ourselves foodies who honed our tastebuds in Dallas. Obviosuly reservations may be tough so we may have to go with a non reservation restaurant. Not interested in chains.
We love gastropubs, small plates, etc.

We are also looking for a fun spot from 10pm on. Would love dancing/dj/band if not super cheesy or black tie.

Help please????

"Healthy" restaurants in Dallas

I will also make a vote for Farnatchi! So much better than your usual strip center. Ingredients like sumac lemon vinagrette, turkish meat pie, etc. Delicious thin crust.
