Looking for tasty cottage cheese recipes for a non cottage cheese lover

Mix it with Natural Peanut butter, cinnamon, and splenda. It sounds gross but for some reason tastes delicious! Like a healthy dessert. Try it at least once before you think I'm insane!

Bacon-Wrapped Turkey - Drums Only Suggestions?

Hey all:

I wanted to make Chow's Bacon-wrapped Turkey recipe for the holidays but as our dinner crowd got pared down a bit I've decided to attempt to roast four drumsticks instead. I was hoping to be able to follow the recipe as closely as possible, just halving all of the ingredients and roasting the drumsticks in a roasting pan by themselves, but now I'm realizing that the cooking time will most likely be vastly different and the delicate bacon/turkey dance will probably be disrupted.

Should I just wrap them in bacon from the start? Will skinning the drumsticks make them more akin to what's going on in the original recipe?

I haven't the foggiest idea how long four drumsticks in the oven will take, either. Turkey drumstick recipes are surprisingly inconsistent (on the internet anyway).

Any help would be appreciated!

EDIT: Also concerned about changing the roasting time for the veggies and pears...will they need longer as well?
