Best meal I ever ate:
sushi in a little shop in Tokyo, a laksa place in Singapore, Padang place in Jakarta, dim sum hole-in-the-wall in Hong Kong
I really wish I could:
eat at Urasawa... without adding another hole in my credit card
My favorite comfort food:
Not necessarily in this order: sushi, shabu2, black pepper crab, XLB, pho tai gan, yakitori (all kinds), Linguine pescatore
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
too many, i have at least 20, like Din Tai Fung, Sushi Gen, Sunday Bistro, etc etc
