Sorry! It is at our church in Colorado. This is a sit down dinner for youth auction. It is not a black tie or casual event, but they want it to be very elegant. We belong to a larger church and do not have a set budget. I was told that I could make whatever I wanted. I have done quite a few catering events (just a small side job for fun) and I was recommended by someone in the congregation. I am open to anything. Not much scares me when it comes to cooking either!
