Best meal I ever ate:

At a restaurant in Varenna, Italy on the banks of Lake Como - home made tagliatele with white truffles and a salad - some cold pinot grigio - heaven!

My current drink of choice:

gin and tonic with frozen limeade in it - delicious!

I really wish I could:

take a cooking course in Italy

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

pernil with a side salad of quinoa, black beans, corn, mango, red peppers and cilantro in a lime vinaigrette

My favorite comfort food:

hands down - fried chicken, mashed potatoes and cole slaw

L'Impero, Becco, Langans Brasserie in London, Uncle Joe's Pizza in Norwalk, CT and Siglers in Bluffton, SC
