Business Dinner for my department

I wouldn't mind going to Tocqueville. I would enjoy it thoroughly, of that I am sure. Is it perhaps too 'fancy' for a work dinner?

Business Dinner for my department

So I have been tasked with finding a restaurant for a dinner that will include all of my department. I will be in the Union Square area and have identified some restaurants, on the restaurant week list mind you, that might work. We want to stay in the area as we will be at Bowlmor on University.

Do you guys mind letting me know what might and might not work for my group? We will be 13 people, all female, except me, and all relatively young. All US, except for 2 from London. I am mainly looking for some opinions of the restaurants I am listing and if you have any other suggestions. The price range is 75-100 including drinks, which is aided by the resto week menu. Again, any help will be great. Thanks all!

Moderately priced steakhouse (I know its an oxymoron)?

Thanks for that forum link, I will check out. I also was told by a coworker to think of Argentinean places, will also take a look. He might want a traditional/ny style steakhouse, so I will look.

Moderately priced steakhouse (I know its an oxymoron)?

Thanks for all of the suggestions guys! I will take a look!

Moderately priced steakhouse (I know its an oxymoron)?

I am trying to find a moderately priced steakhouse for my friend's 24th birthday. It does not have to be a cheap place, but we do not need to be spending 200 dollars a person. The location doesn't matter all that much, but downtown trumps uptown.

Thanks for your help!

Possible Restaurant For Group Around Midtown East/Lex and 52

I want to say it does not matter, but keeping the cuisine relatively accessible to all could not hurt.

Possible Restaurant For Group Around Midtown East/Lex and 52

We have to take a bunch of trainees out to dinner around the Lex and 52nd area. We would like to keep the prices moderate as there will be a sizable amount of people going and we would like a place where conversation does not have to be strained. In the past the dinner has been at Fig and Olive, so that would be a good benchmark. The amount of people would be in the range of 10-15 people.

If anyone can provide some suggestions I would be very grateful. Thanks!

Restaurants around MoMa?

Yeh I just checked and no good times. I know that and I am trying to avoid any V-day events. Hmmm, maybe this is not the weekend to dine out.

Restaurants around MoMa?

Hey my girlfriend and I are going to be hanging around MoMa and Midtown this Saturday and I was wondering what suggestions nayone may have for a moderately priced restaurant for the two of us. I am down for all cuisine reccomendations, but I would like to keep the avg price per dish below 30 or below.
