Couple of things: seasoning a pan isn't a bit deal, it takes about 10 minutes to season a pan. Secondly, offers like that ALWAYS tell you about the separate S&H for the free item you're getting, so that's really no reason to dis the product. As for all the bad experiences with the phone reps, GO ONLINE!! They offer the SAME DEAL there and you don't have to deal with a person at all!! I just ordered my 9" pan and it took about 5 minutes. I am looking forward to trying this product. I am not one to call on every tv offer out there, but this one actually looks decent, and has more good reviews than bad. As a matter of fact, all the bad reviews are for the customer service, I have yet to hear a bad review about the product at all
