Too many great meals to just name one. Most memorable: in Riomaggiore at a local family's sea side home where they prepared everything they caught fresh that day from the sea, homemade pasta and wine they made as well. Most recent: Merlot Braised Shortribs w/ Parsnip ravioli at Talula on South Beach...best shortribs I've ever had in my life.
My current drink of choice:
Depends on where I'm at...champagne, a single malt scotch, a Belgian Ale or a cocktail with a little heat in it. .
I really wish I could:
have a personal chef. Who doesn't right?

a great salad.

chicken wings, fried pork chops and sweet potatoes...reminds me of my childhood.
