Julia Child's Boeuf Bourguignon--bacon substitute?
I used the vegetarian bacon, but it added nothing. I would just leave it out!

Kosher food in Park City, UT
I will be in Park City over Passover. Anyone know if the supermarkets sell kosher meat or kosher for Passover items, or do I have to bring my own cooler?
