Best meal I ever ate:
Fresh striped bass simmered in a sauce of tomatoes from the garden, garlic, and sausage with fresh bread to soak up the extra sauce.
My current drink of choice:
A glass of Pinot Grigio or Cab, Gin and Tonic, or Sleepytime Tea before bed.
I really wish I could:
Quit my job and spend my time cooking and writing about food.

Chicken Enchiladas...my husband says that they are one of the reasons he married me!

My husband's american chop suey.
